my first camping as a commander~

last week we having a camping called KEBINA. It was conducted by a kesatria commander with joint venture of two company(hotel & sport recreation).yes i am the one of the commander who handle the camping for our trainees. yet it very difficult to us to handle a trainees that coming from a different company. but our professionalism is the factor of a successful of the camping.let me story the incident along the camping duration(2 days 1 night):
1. for the first day at the morning, me myself is the first person are coming to the place that we suppose to meet with the trainees.after about 5 minutes the first trainees with their bags and what so ever tools and food are coming to me. and i was just said to her and her friend to wait for the other.after 30 minutes, all of them are coming including the commander and the buss which are responsible to take us to a very far place from shah alam,Bukit Cerakah.
2. after we take a walk about 15 minutes to go to the base camp, we start our first activity which is station. it is not very important to me because i have more important task to do which is to setting the kitchen for cook and food preparation.that's what i do along the camping day.what a boring day.but from that i learnt much actually.one thing that make me angry so much is i have a partner but i  would like to call her "sleeping partner".demn it
3. for the first analysis of our trainees, we found that they are all rubbish.so we have to treat them like a rubbish too.but all commander are not supposed to act like a rubbish. i mean treat them like a rubbish is we have make sure that they are all respect us as a commander and their senior.if they aren't able to do that, something will wait for them.
4.at night, we do 3 activities in the same time.(owl operation,night walk and hud2).the trainees will be alone at night inside the forest and walk alone before their eye is being cover by a tudung.so that they won't do anything and we will look for them from far.actually it is not too far...but one of the trainees is make mistake by doing something stupid.he find a member during the owl operation which supposed are not to do anything and wait for the commander take them back.because of it, our senior commander who is my boyfriend actually become mad and angry in the maximum stage.
5. i see hantu at that night looking at us all the time the activity is held.it is scary but luckily that things are pretend to look only and not try to come closer and closer.

how was it?is it fun?there are many story inside the camping but i dun no how to story.u wanna it try yourself just go to our camping next semester...salam
